With 'human error' being the leading cause of aviation accidents, over the last few decades pilots have had to learn why humans make errors, what affects performance and how to increase mission success.

With 22 years' experience of military and commercial flying in the most demanding of environments from the warzones of Iraq and Afghanistan to high pressure VIP flying for the UK's most senior figures, I have led teams to achieve mission success time after time.
